Problem Statement

Client wanted to build a only mobile app to do a bike rental service business. Mobile only because, to bring the market on mobile instead of offline booking.

With a core statement from client “bike rental booking system” we did the market research and during our analysis, we found an opportunity to build a bike rental booking service app. We discussed with the client, made the website, Android & iOS App

Impact

We not only made their application, we made the website for bike rental booking system as well (of course with additional cost). With the website and mobile app. B4E is getting daily 100+ request from Indore city only. Withing the small span of 1 year, it has become the most popular platform for bike rental service in the city. Now recently they have started their operations in Bhopal too.

Application in a Nutshell

Bike4Everything is a bike rental taxi service application. The client started their operates from Indore, which also known as an experimental city. With the help of a website, mobile app or via WhatsApp users can book a bike and pick up it from the central location of the city. The user needs to sign a contract and submit the charges along with the one original document proof. Upon returning they will get their advance money with their original document.

  • Rapid growth: B4E experiences rapid growth in its operations. They started with just 3 bikes and now they have 50+ bikes in their fleets.
  • Popular name: In a very short time it becomes a very popular name in its own segment.
  • Flexible bike hiring options: It has 3 bike hiring options, the user generally choose it based on their need.
  • Multiple payment modes: it has multiple payment options that allow the user to make the payment in cash or via any digital platform.
  • Need only one original document: No complex or heavy document required. Users should have a valid driving license and one original document to submit at the B4E office to get the bike.
  • Convenient pickup and drop location: The pickup and drop location is the central location of the city, this way it becomes very convenient for users to pick up and drop bikes then.
