Problem Statement

Our client was looking to address one small problem of transporting goods or heavy material from one place to another place.

What We Do?

We sit with him for almost 2 days to dig deep into it, and we come to the conclusion that there is a big potential in this idea. This is not a problem of any individual but this is a problem of the entire cargo industry, there was no structured system that could help them to manage the cargo deliveries. So we built the android application and get the individual suppliers and groups on board and requested them to use the Mobile Application.

Application in a Nutshell

MaalGaadi is the intracity goods transfer application. It allows the user to send a small or any heavy goods from one place to another place. For that user needs get on board, to send the goods he/she needs to select the type of vehicle (according to the goods), add the pickup and drop location on map. Based on that he will get the estimate price, if he is agrees to it then application will send the request to nearest driver. The driver then come and pick up the goods to deliver at the desired location. After the delivery, digitally from the app itself, the driver will send the delivery proof to the sender. Some Silent Features

  • Strong Admin Panel: This app required a very strong admin panel to control each and every aspect of the app. And the admin panel which we made and gave to a client was more than his expectations.
  • Driver App: There is a driver app too, in which a driver can see the booking request, his past trips, collections and many things.
  • User App: User facing app will allow the user to initiate the booking.
  • Corporate users: This is one of the unique segments, which allows corporate users to mark some and create a group of favorite drivers and operate it in a close circle to do the fast booking and speedy delivery.
  • Multiple payment options: There are multiple payment modes, like pre-paid delivery, postpaid delivery, cash on delivery, credit card, wallet, etc…
  • Delivery proof: Once the driver delivers the goods, he will ask the receiver to sign it digitally on mobile device itself. It will consider as proof of delivery and will be sent to the sender.
  • Map integration: Entire application map driven. It will save the driver's time to locate the sender and receiver location. Also, it helps to calculate accurate tariff based on the route.
